AI Fluency: A half-day course that takes people who already use AI casually and makes them careful, capable collaborators with it. It is built on the 4Ds framework, Delegation, Description, Discernment, and Diligence, and teaches prompting logic that holds across ChatGPT, Claude, and Microsoft Copilot.
Who it is for: People who use AI often but at a basic level and want to use it well. Mixed roles, no technical background needed.
Format: Half-day, four hours, live in person or virtual. Corporate or government class of 6 to 10.
What it covers: Strategic delegation and the 4Ds; description and universal prompting; discernment and diligence; practical application.
Participants leave with: A personal master prompt that takes over part of a repetitive weekly task, and an action plan.
Outcome: Participants delegate work to AI, describe it well, and judge the result, across any tool.

The work is no-code throughout: participants operate Claude, they do not program it.
Who it is for: People who already use AI and want to operate it well across functions: regulatory, quality, legal, finance, human resources, marketing, and customer service.

What it covers: The Claude environment; enterprise prompting and structural tagging; Projects and Artifacts; high-context synthesis and a launch simulation; scaling and responsible AI.

AI Practitioner: A multi-week group track that turns a graduate of AI Foundations into a working internal AI champion: the person colleagues come to with AI questions and the person who ships real workflows into the daily operation.
Who it is for: People asked to lead AI adoption for a team or function, who already have working depth in at least one tool and have built something real.
Format: Three training days delivered over a suggested six weeks, with support between sessions. Class of 6 to 10. Shorter and longer runs scoped per organisation.
What it covers, week by week: Orientation and operating model; configuration and prompting; architecture and governance; deployment and review; the champion playbook; capstone and graduation.
Participants leave with: At least two deployed workflows, a champion playbook, peer-reviewed iterations, and certification.
Outcome: Tools for operating as an individual and as a team: projects, skills, workflows, scheduled tasks, voice profiles, and basic coding.
AI Governance

AI Governance: A facilitated executive engagement that produces an organisation’s written AI governance framework. A small group of senior owners makes the decisions only they can make, the facilitator captures them live, and Felaris drafts and finalises the framework. This is a decision-making engagement, not a training course. It is the foundation the rest of the Academy assumes: the framework names what AI use the organisation permits, and the training tracks deliver the capability to use what it allows.
Who it is for: Senior owners who decide what AI use the organisation permits.
Format: Two to three facilitated working sessions of 90 to 180 minutes over about four weeks, plus a one to two week drafting period. No hands-on prompt work.
What it covers: Frame and inventory; the decisions only senior owners can make; refine and commit.
It produces: A written AI governance framework, an executive summary, and a rollout plan.
Outcome: Ready-to-implement policies, procedures, and instructions, a best-practice governance framework, and approval and review processes.
