How do you turn days into hours? Or hours into minutes? The sad reality of contract approval for business administration is that the process is simply inefficient at times and generally designed in a way where processes take longer than need be, ironically in places where time means money, E-Signatures are the solution to this.

The Effect of the Pandemic on the Way we Work

The pandemic has forced businesses to do what was thought to take years, and that was to transition to virtual work environments. With this comes the virtualization of common business activities like contract approval and business administration. Why the massive shift from traditional paper workflows to digital other than the obvious effect of the pandemic? Simply put, it’s exponentially more efficient and comes with a slew of other benefits (which we shall investigate in the future) which will leave you wondering why you haven’t switched over sooner.

Work done on documents is tracked and is put into an auditable trail if you’re using an application like Adobe Sign.
  1. When you need to reach many people with speed and convenience– Picture this. You need to reach 100’s or 1000’s of people for signatures. Such a task would be monumental to complete traditionally because you would have to print (which drives up costs)  thousands of documents and mail them out (at an even greater cost) all at the risk of them getting lost in the mailing system or getting delayed. With e-signatures all the hassle turns into convenience, ease and money saved. Simply send the document link to your recipients and you’re set to get what would take days or weeks done in hours.
  1. When you need a simple, easy to enact solution– HR, accounting and management are all essential parts of any company. The sheer amount of time-consuming paperwork that these divisions go through on a monthly or even yearly basis is immense. With e-signatures you can get signatures, input data and create forms in a timely manner. Tax forms, time sheets, sensitive documents, contracts, and intake forms can all be filled and verified by using e-signatures. Applications like Adobe Sign are incredibly easy to use and provide a simple solution to the problem.
