Terms and Condition of Sale
Customers are required to check their goods thoroughly, before signing for receipt thereof. All goods shall remain the property of PC Clinic Ltd until full payment is satisfied. However, the goods shall be from the time of delivery at the customer’s risk or liability. All charge accounts, which are not paid in 14 days after the due date, will attract an interest charge of 2% per month. Until the total purchase price of the goods has been paid, PC Clinic Ltd shall be entitled to repossess and / or sell the goods (and for the purpose of repossessing the goods, which are accordance with the descriptions and quantities of goods invoiced and delivered, PC Clinic Ltd shall be at liberty to enter upon any land or building on or which the goods are situated or are thought by PC Clinic Ltd to be situated) and the expenses of repossession, storage, insurance and sale shall be for the customer’s account. If a customer’s cheque is returned from the bank with the notation “Refer to Drawer” or “Uncleared Effects” a $100.00 service charge will be charged to the Customer’s account.

14 Day Return Period
For all products, PC Clinic Ltd will refund you for merchandise you return within fourteen (14) days from the date of the invoice less a 20% restocking fee. All goods must be in Original packaging (manufacturer’s box, Styrofoam, plastic bags, etc. where applicable). Damaged or altered goods including ALL inks and Toners where packaging is opened cannot be returned. To receive a refund, the customer must present the original invoice.

WARRANTY
All products carry a 12 month DEPOT warranty unless otherwise stated. Warranty is valid to the bearer of the original invoice only. (Warranty is non-transferable) Absolutely no product with physical damage/s will be accepted for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). A purchase invoice will be required before warranty service is rendered. During the one year warranty period or otherwise stated, PC Clinic Ltd will repair or replace at our option, any defective products or parts. If however during the one year period an item becomes obsolete (not available) it is the customer option to either pay (current market value of the product for an upgrade to a higher specification) or wait until our supplier RMA’s the item. Not covered under warranty are malfunctions, which may occur as a result of defective or malfunctioning software products, and equipment defects which occur as a result of improper of irregular power sources and uncontrolled static electricity in the user operating environment (excessive or inadequate heating or air conditioning or electric power failures, surges and other irregularities). Any alteration of the product after purchase voids this warranty in its entirety. PC Clinic Ltd shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other types of damages resulting from the use of any PC Clinic Ltd products other than the liability stated above. Pc Clinic Ltd makes the final determination as to the existence of any defects.NO warranty is given on accessories. Pc Clinic Ltd will not be responsible for any software malfunction and customers will be subject to charges.

Terms and conditions of Sale & Warranty are final.
